What to know
Passengers cars may be rented by drivers who are at least 23 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 4 years.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Special rates apply for long-term rentals.
Long-term rental is defined as a minimum of 2 months.

Rental prices include maintenance, lubrication, comprehensive insurance (CDW), and third-party liability insurance within legal policy limits.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices.
Fuel is the responsibility of the renter.
Chauffeur-driven service and professional guide services are available upon request.
A child seat is provided free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
All vehicles rented from our company are fully insured under policies provided by leading insurance companies in the sector.
In addition to Comprehensive Insurance (CDW) and Compulsory Traffic Insurance, the following are also included at no extra charge:
All insurance coverages are included in the rental price with no additional fees.
This is a non-mandatory, non-CDW protection fund that covers minor damages not requiring an accident report, such as:
glass cracks, headlight damage, minor scratches, etc.
Cost: €5 per day (maximum €30 per rental).
In the event of an accident or vehicle theft, the vehicle must not be moved, and the nearest police or gendarmerie station must be notified immediately to obtain:
Failure to obtain these reports will result in all insurance becoming invalid, and the renter will be held fully responsible for all damages, including material and moral damages to third parties.

If the vehicle is returned to a different company office (Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, or Antalya):
For returns in cities without our offices, please contact us for applicable rates.
All traffic violations, penalties, and related responsibilities belong to the renter.
Any time lost due to the vehicle being held by official or local authorities is considered part of the rental period.
The vehicle may be driven by a second driver, provided that their name is included in the rental agreement.
No additional fee is charged for one extra driver.
The vehicle may not be driven by anyone other than the renter and the registered second driver.
Otherwise, all insurance coverage becomes invalid, and the renter is fully liable for all damages.
